Refund Policy: Buyers may contact us for a refund of the purchase price within 60 days of receiving the product if the product is defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All customers outside of the United States (lower 48 states) will automatically receive a link to pay for additional shipping costs.  These costs are listed below:

Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: $19.00US

All other international customers: $29.00US

For US and Canadian customers, items will arrive within 7-12 business days of receiving payment if paid by credit card.  Payments by check must allow a 10-12 day waiting period before anything is shipped out. Your bank's phone number must be provided on personal checks.

For international shipments, please allow 2-3 weeks to arrive from date of payment.
